This was a great stay for the cost on a cold November weekend. Walking distance to town, food, and shopping. Quiet area, short drive to the beaches. Parking on the backside a little confusing as first, but manageable. Would stay here again, as long as the price is still around $125/night.

I could not have been happier with this rental. The communication was superb. The parking for the property was clearly marked.
