If you are a light sleeper, for a future stay, it might be worth getting a room on one of the lower floors as they are not as affected and on the lake side to reduce sound.We hope you will come and see us again.Best regards,

The pool and hot tub are not open to the general public but we do have an Athletic Club Membership that does have access to their use. The members do not typically use the pool and hot tub when the hotel is busy but this may not have been the case during your visit.We hope that you will come and see us again so that we may provide a more positive experience for you.
