Nice place poor host
Our first christmas away with the kids and two friends. We arrived late evening and had to change the batteries in the fire alarm. But we didn’t initially complain about this because we are not usually the moaning type. The next morning we explored the property more, we went down to the sauna and hot tub area which although was nice we were greeted by a broken shower which had a high pressure constant leak. Which meant we couldn’t use the facilities properly in that area. We then contacted josh and he said he would get his maintenance team on it asap. We thought great no more drama we can enjoy ourselves. However this wasn’t the end of it. Josh then told us to stop the leak by using a knife instead of sending the team, i tried this which slightly worked but water kept coming out. Two more days went by with no resolution for the fault we then told him the leak was worse and it was kicking out really hot water and his response was, i can’t believe you have not stopped the leak. which is absolutely shocking when we paid just under 3k for our stay. This leak then effected the pressure in the house which meant we had no hot water for the kids to shower in, the washing machine kept saying a fault code, the toilet also wouldn’t fully flush and to top it off the seat was faulty. The shower was not fixed until the last evening even tho he promised it would be done much sooner. No apology or offer of partial refund and still ongoing.
