「The staff were friendly and helpful from moment we arrived,the hotel is very clean ,rooms are little small ,but can fit 3 ,would deffo go back to this hotel,also drink was priced ok,a lot of activities,only issue i had was people putting towels on pool chairs .food was top class,probably the best i had in salou ,and i have been visiting for 18 years.overall 10 from 10 .」

「Apartment was as advertised - modern and clean however the staff were so rude and intimidating. Anything you asked of them seemed to be a huge inconvenience and they would snigger and laugh as you between themselves. It really ruined my experience in the hotel. The hotel itself was nice with good pool and facilities but honestly the staff were so rude I would not recommend to anyone to stay there. 」
