Located 2 minutes from the Calas del Cap Salou and 10 minutes from the centre of La Pineda. The UHC CASAS BLANCAS FAMILY COMPLEX is a typically Mediterranean residential complex of 24 terraced houses and apartments arranged in several blocks that share a fantastic communal area of over 3,000 m2 of lawned gardens and a swimming pool.



It stands out for its excellent location, between the coves of Cabo de Salou, in the heart of the Costa Dorada. From the communal area there is direct access to Cala Crancs beach via a small path, but if you are travelling with very young children we recommend accessing via the street, where the slope is gentler.



LAYOUT

It consists of a spacious terrace of 20 m2. It is distributed over a single floor comprising a bedroom with 2 single beds, an additional single bed in an area next to the main bedroom, bathroom, open-plan kitchen and lounge-dining room with double sofa bed and access to the terrace.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completion of all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

- Due to the natural characteristics of the surroundings and Mediterranean climate, especially during the warm season, the occasional presence of insects may occur. If you detect any issues during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible so we can review it and take appropriate measures. As a preventive measure, we recommend not leaving food scraps and taking out the rubbish daily.

- As this is a tourist accommodation, some elements may show normal signs of use or certain wear that does not affect their functionality and which, by their nature, cannot always be repaired between stays, such as small dents or marks on walls, as well as wear on certain elements, furniture or appliances. The guest accepts this circumstance as inherent to the nature and use of the rented accommodation.

The beautiful Cala Crancs, undoubtedly one of the most beautiful beaches in Salou, is surrounded by cliffs and nature. An idyllic setting where you will also enjoy good services such as showers, toilets, sun lounger rental and lifeguard.

Try the mojitos from the beach bar, they are among the best in Salou. And make sure to return the glass to the bar for recycling :-)
