Modernisation parfaite de la villa Terrasse - calme Vue Vaisselle correcte A changer matelas de la 2 eme chambre vue sur piscine (il est plein de taches et fait mal au dos) Manque un 2eme WC Autrement le reste très bien - penser à mettre un convertible dans la salle à manger

Wohnung war nach Buchung nicht mehr verfügbar

Ein paar Wochen nach Buchung und Erhalt der Bestätigung, war das Objekt nicht mehr verfügbar. Uns wurden Alternativen zugesandt, die zwar nicht 100 Prozent unseren Wünschen entsprechen, aber unsere Flüge waren bereits gebucht. Wir sind dann in das Apartment Playamero Family Complex umgebucht worden. Bei Anbieter Universal Holiday bitte unbedingt darauf achten, dass jede Leistung einzel gebucht und bezahlt werden muss , Handtücher, Parken, w-Lan, Kinderbettchen etc. Es steht zwar in der Beschreibung, ist aber im Preis nicht mit drin! Man hat uns zwar nach Verhandlungen einige Leistungen erlassen, aber fair ist das nicht!
