Lovely hotel, great entertainment gor kids and perfect size pool for the small kids. In a perfect location 10m walk to main beach and strip. Bit of a hill walk to the hotel

Checked in and reception desk had peeling paint and looked terrible, I feared the worst but room as good, only thing that let it down was WiFi wasnt strong enough to load an e mail, I complained but got told that was normal.so I won’t return because of that.

We stayed for a week. Was a really good price for the week too. The hotel was really good. Clean always tidy. The staff were very helful at all times. After staying at a few hotels in salou this was the best hotel. I would 5 star this hotel

Dissapointing

Just back from a week at the Ohtels Villa Dorada. On the positive side the hotel is clean, rooms are fine and the pool area is spacious with plenty of sun loungers. On the negative - the food was poor with very limited choices for dinner, nearly always cold. The big negative for me however was the attitude and lack of interest many of the staff (not all) showed in regard to customer service. I witnessed bar staff being rude to customers, ignoring them and leaving them standing. I have stayed at many of the nearby hotels in Salou before and have never experienced this level of apathy and lack of friendliness - many of the staff seem like they would rather not be there. I will definitely NOT be going back.

Buen hotel 3 estrellas en zona céntrica de Salou.

Todo muy correcto en relación calidad/precio. Tan solo destacaria en negativo, el tiempo de espera en el check-in, aunque cabe decir que tuvieron algun que otro problema. El resto de aspectos, el buffet, la habitación, las instalaciones, etc ... todo correcto.

Lo mejor de todo es el personal. Súper amables y atentos. No puedo decir nada malo de ninguno, empezando por recepción, animadores, los del bar, tanto interior como el de la piscina, los responsables del comedor, cocineros, camareros y camareras y acabando por las mujeres de la limpieza y los de mantenimiento. Todos y todas muy amables.

Pour un séjour en famille tranquille ne venez pas.

Premier séjour a salou en famille pour le parc port aventura, nous avons résider une semaine dans cet hôtel, les points positifs : très bien situer en bord de mer non loin des sites touristiques. Un confort des chambres correcte, lits de bonnes factures, petite chambre supplémentaire avec canapé lit. 2 TV dispos et en français. Buffet correct, avec une variété satisfaisante. Personnel d'accueil en début de séjour agréables, l'hôtel dispose de piscine intérieur et d'un spa, pour un 3 étoiles c'est pas mal. Les ponts négatifs : l'isolation est horrible, nous avions l'impression d'avoir les voisins au milieu de la chambre. Les voisins qui rentrent tard après minuit, et font un vacarme pas possible, sans qu'aucun personnel de l'hôtel n'intervienne malgré le bruit important. Par ailleurs nous avons eu la malchance d'avoir une chambre qui donne sur la rue. Et en face un restaurant karaoké géorgien qui faisait un bruit épouvantable. Donc pour dormir dans le calme et le respect, impossible, n'y comptez pas, vous serez réveillé toute la soirée et la nuit. Le personnel du buffet désagréables. Aucune ne vous souris, elles font toutes la tête et vous regarde de travers?. Vous vous faites facilement piquer les places assises lorsque vous vous lever pour aller vous servir, les petits déjeuner ne sont pas au niveau, viennoiserie périmés, et sans intérêt. Quand au plats de viandes, un seul choix : du porc, avec parfois un peu de poulet et poissons. Et quasi pas d'animations pour les enfants.
