séjour désagréable concernant le logement: pas de lave vaisselle ,en panne pendant tout le séjour on devait nous en fournir un autre rien n a été fait malgré notre insistance plusieurs fois, wifi exécrable même problème ,clim très bruyante ! manque d'extensibles ,pas de dessous de plat ,ouvre boite ,planche a découper, manque de couteaux de cuisine casses etc... !Vaisselle sale obliger de tout laver a la main sans égouttoir pour poser la vaisselle! plusieurs inondation venant du logement au dessus ,nettoyage par nos soins! Très grand balcon qui ne sert a rien car pas de parasol, ni store !pas de matelas pour les bains de soleil ,impossible de s'allonger dessus tellement cela brule avec la chaleur enfin que des problèmes! nos demandes sont toujours restes sans réponse !

Really efficient work from PlanetCostaDorada. They do everything to help customers to enjoy their vacation. Everything is possible to arrange. Please tell the owner that the master bedroom needs a new, proper bed. Its old and it’s not in good condition anymore. Plus it is quite small.. Also maybe few new pillows are needed..

Déception et désagréments

Nous avions réservé l'appartement pour quinze jours auprès de l'agence. A notre arrivée et à notre grande surprise, l'agence nous signale une erreur de planification et nous propose pour la première semaine un autre appartement situé au-dessus dans le même immeuble de la résidence. A ce propos, la description de la résidence et de l'appartement contient quelques erreurs : pas de concierge ni de gardien, les photos représentant l'appartement initialement loué sont un panaché de plusieurs appartements gérés par l'agence. Cette résidence est très jolie et bien entretenue mais elle s'avère très bruyante à certaines heures même tardives, notamment à proximité des jeux de tennis, padel et jeux d'enfants, certains résidents se montrant peu respectueux de la réglementation horaire. les deux appartements dans lesquels nous avons vécu pendant les quinze jours sont très mal insonorisés. La vaisselle est très rudimentaire et inappropriée à la notion de standing de la location.

Super Agences et location de standing

Nous sommes tombé par hasard sur cette agence et je peux vous dire que le hasard fait bien les choses. Agence a l'écoute, qui répond à vos interrogations très rapidement. Les prestations sont aux top. Quand à la location, c'est du top, très propre avec tout le confort (Internet, Clim, draps, serviettes). Une superbe terrasse on a mangé matin/midi/soir pendant 15 jours. Je vous recommande cette agence et cette location. Cdlt, FDO

"Nous sommes une familles...

"Nous sommes une familles de 4 personnes et avons été pleinement satisfaits de cette location à tous points de vues : => le logement est agréable, propre, lumineux, spacieux et assez bien équipé. => la résidence est très calme et bien entretenue avec tennis et piscine où résident essentiellement des familles. => l''environnement est idéal, 5mn à pied de la plage de la Pineda avec commerces et restaurants et 2mn en voiture du centre de Salou. => les propriétaires sont charmants, accueillants et très sérieux. Nous avons vraiment tous passés deux semaines idéales....à refaire !"
