Full basement apartment with separate entrance. Homeowner lives above. 1100 Sq. ft. provides lots of room to spread out, with tons of daylight. Close to hiking and biking trails and the Bountiful Temple. Just 7 mins. to the freeway and 19 mins. to downtown Salt Lake City or the airport. Snowbasin Ski Resort is just 50 minutes to the north, with Alta, Snowbird, Park City and Deer Valley within an hour drive to the south. Close to Lagoon and South Davis Recreation Center, with a park with playground just a 1-minute walk away.

We highly recommend!
Clean, quiet, comfortable, and spacious. Windows overlook a beautiful backyard. There is a full kitchen and dining area. The hosts are gracious and accommodating. We hope to stay here next time we are in the area.

Too short a visit
This was a lovely place, we ended up having to get back home sooner and had to shorten our stay. Communication with host was great! Hope to come back here and stay longer!

Great place to stay
We stayed here while we were in town for an archery tournament. It had everything we were expecting from reading the listing. We really enjoyed the private location, and the tall ceilings were an unexpected bonus. Thanks for a great place to stay.

Nice basement apartment!
The place was beautiful and very clean. The only downfall was that I specifically looked for a place with a hot tub for my friend and I for our 40ths and once I got there, it was noted that the hot tub was only for owner use. I would take that off the listing so people don’t search for it, specifically. That was kind of disappointing. Also, the streaming on the TV was not working, so I used my laptop for movies and shows instead. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, along with the sectional and there was a lot of kitchen space. The decor is very cute too. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the view was beautiful also. The owners and their dog upstairs are very friendly.
