Come stay at my 2 bedroom unit with king memory foam beds.

I get so many compliments on the epoxy floor when guest first check in. Photos do not do it justice.

This is one level with no stairs. It has 3 inch lift rubber threshold ramp. It is not ADA compliant but it is wheelchair accessible. It has one step at entry. It has 2 entryways. Two bedrooms with king-size beds in both rooms. Three TV's one in both bedrooms and one in the living room. A shared zeroscaped backyard and carport.
Fast free wifi. Small pets welcome.
Next door does have dogs that bark sometimes.
Eccles Theater 10 minutes
Salt Palace 8 minutes
Utah State Fairpark 4 minutes
Salt Lake Temple 10 minutes

Nice stay
This little home was perfect for my stay with my mom who is handicap and uses a walker. The beds were so very comfortable and so relaxing. Our only issue, we at night we were woken up several times by the barking dogs (which was disclosed), but overall we enjoyed our stay.

The property is in a convenient location - not more than 10-15 minutes of everything we wanted to do. Property is also very clean. Surrounding area seems a bit sketchy, but we didn’t have any issues (although there were some loud barking dogs next door). The only mirror in the property is in the bathroom, it would have been nice to have another mirror. Also, there is a car park to park under which is nice, however, the driveway is extremely long, which can be challenging to back out if you have a larger vehicle. I didn’t receive checkin information, I had to reach out to the property owner the night before to receive. There isn’t a guidebook or checkout information, which would have been nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but a few tweaks would have made it amazing.

Great for overnight stop off Route 80
My husband and I and our dog stopped here heading West to California from the East Coast. The place was clean and it had a carport so our car with a roof box was off the street. The place has most everything you need. The filtered cold water in fridge appreciated. Neighborhood has a lot of dogs, which did make our visit a bit noisy at some less than convenient times.

Excellent well equipped 2king property
Terrific host always available. Great walk in, quiet residential neighborhood w covered off street parking, easy locking system, very safe. Remarkably well equipped kitchen, bath, bedrooms for our 4 day stay. 2 kings and a fold out. Great firm mattresses. Close to everything. 1 bath w tub. Spotless. Only issue were dogs barking late night and early am next door and in the area. Definitely recommend- rest of our family stayed at another rental place not nearly as nice as this. Thanks to our host.

Great place to stay for lacrosse tournament
We was in town for lacrosse tournament. This place was perfect for 2 father/son combos. So much better than any hotel. Management was amazing to work with. Communication and accommodation was perfect. Would highly suggest and will be returning next year

My family and I stayed here for 3 night and it was pleasant. It was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood wasn’t the nicest and there wasn’t much around it but it was quiet for the most part. It was a little farther outside of downtown SLC than we were anticipating but it was fairly easy to get around. The host was easy to get ahold of and very nice.

Great Place
It was the perfect place for what we wanted. We chose this place because it had king beds and a TV in the rooms. We wanted to comfortably relax with no responsibilities between our commitments and we did just that! Also love that they had filtered water in the fridge!

Host was great to communicate with and fast. House was clean and just as pictured. House was really nicely stocked with so many items. Tons of towels, wash clothes and makeup remover clothes. Cotton balls, a-tips, shampoo, conditioner and body wash! Kitchen had tons of seasoning’s . Tea. Coffee and more. Really appreciated the stocking of all these items. A few have complained about the neighbors dog. We only heard it bark twice and it wasn’t during sleeping hours. Didn’t bother us at all and we stayed 3 nights. My only complaint is the couch is old and needs to be replaced. It has seen better days and is uncomfortable. But more importantly both king sized memory foam beds were extremely comfortable and wonderful to sleep in. Especially after a long day hiking! The floor was also cool too!

Small, clean, nicely decorated.
The home was nicely decorated and clean. The king size beds had memory foam mattresses. It probably would be difficult to maneuver a wheel chair in the bedrooms and bathroom. The stacked washer/dryer and refrigerator seemed new, and were all in the small kitchen. At first I was a little concerned about the neighborhood, but it wasn’t a problem. Once I got the owners phone number it was easier to communicate.

Central location
The location is very convenient if you’re visiting the town area of the city. Close to the university, airport, restaurants, downtown and easy access to freeways. It was clean but wear socks/slippers indoors as the floor is very cold. The host is really nice and easy to work with.

Perfect location!!
We felt like we were staying in a 5 star hotel. The mattress and linens were high quality! We had everything we needed and the place was very comfortable and clean! This location is ideal as it is minutes to downtown restaurants and shopping, and minutes from the airport. This property has something most vacation rentals do not have and that is off street covered parking located in back of the property. My sister and I felt very safe and dry because it was raining. We will definitely book again!

Very welcoming!
We were in for a quick overnight so this property suited us well. Bryce was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. Check in and out was quick and easy, the property was represented accurately and as advertised. The beds are very comfortable, heat/ac worked well and the unit was fully stocked with everything needed. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the couch as we found it to be super uncomfortable to relax on. We really enjoyed our stay, would most definitely recommend, and would stay here again!

Convenient
We arrived after dark. The porch light was on and the house number was visible from the street. The carport parking was nice and the check in was simple. The big screen TV was great to watch. The king size beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Just 3 miles to the airport made it a convenient comfortable place to stay before an early flight departure.
