"On arrival the room had not been cleaned, left as previous guests had left it! What on earth did they think they were doing? Dirty bed linen and towels strewn across the uncleaned floors! "First of all, we arrived at the building and it was absolutely freezing in the building and in the apartment. All the blinds were down so the beautiful morning sun could not have warmed the place up. Luckily there were several space heaters and the wall unit that heated the place up after a little more than an hour. The pipes under the sink in the bathroom started leaking in the first hours. Pere came over and fixed within a few hours. The glasses in the cupboard and some pots were dirty....

"Very happy with our stay. It’s a bit of a walk into town - allow 20 mins and there’s not a lot around where the actual hotel is. However the hotel itself is excellent with a friendly welcome and staff. Breakfast is excellent and well worth the price. My only complaint would be why the extra charge to use the gym. 5 euro for 30 mins is excessive. "
