“The house was convenient to the area. Having to share laundry area with the apartment and only having 8AM - 2PM was not ideal. Evenings would be better for a family. 1 bathroom for 5 people was ok, but made it comparable to a hotel room. Beds were not comfortable at all unless you like extra hard. The beds were the biggest negative. Everything else was good.”

“We are no strangers to the town of Beaufort and typically visit at least once a year. This trip was extra special as it included 4 generations of family staying under one roof for the first time. We all enjoyed the front porch rocking chairs and swing, especially my grandparents who are in their late 80s. Since we were just a few blocks from Front Street, we indulged in some of our favorite Beafort hot spots: Beaufort Grocery, Dockhouse, Backstreet Pub, Moonrakers, No Name Pizza, Front Street……

“The space was just right for 4 women. All the rooms were a nice size and each had queen sized beds that were very comfortable. The living area was cozy, the outside deck was fabulous! We especially appreciated being so close to the beach and the way the dune directly behind the house blocked the view of people on the beach, while providing an amazing ocean view. We would definitely rent again!”

“We all agree that the very short walk to the beach was absolutely perfect. Also we loved the colors and overall ocean themes were fun. Spotless, very quiet and so restful. We put the area guide to good use and the recs were spot on!! We rate Wendi as a 5+ star host.”

“Our stay at the Sea Fern Cottage was wonderful! The location is great, just a quick walk to the beach, convenient for beach days and sunset strolls. The neighborhood is lovely and felt very safe and peaceful. The house itself is lovely with a charming coastal vibe. The kitchen was a highlight for us, well-equipped and spacious, perfect for cooking meals and enjoying family time. “We had 9 people (5 adults and 4 teens). Plenty of room for everyone. Beach front is awesome. The beach dune was a little tough for Grandma to walk over but manageable. The water was beautiful green and crystal clear. Well stocked beach chairs, boogey boards, etc. Five minute drive to restaurants and shopping. Staff at all stores and restaurants were very friendly...food everywhere was great. The house is well stocked in the kitchen but the house could use a little TLC (loose door knobs, needs……

This home has everything you need for a fantastic beach getaway, plenty of room so everyone has privacy, a private lot, private pool, pool and beach toys and chairs, short walk to the beach through a beautiful peaceful neighborhood, a large kitchen filled with everything you may need to make a delicious meal, and so much more! “Nice home for a relaxing weekend”

“The property was great. Just bring towels and the shower cyrtains dont go all the way to floor and it splashes out so bring extra towels. Lol. The town was nice. Lots of police everywhere so its safe. Just dont speed any where around there, also its more a family enviroment everything clises between 7-9 which it tough. But overall great”

“Would definitely recommend this place, only downfall if I'm being critical was that the shower supplies located on the wall of the shower were not filled and the body wash was missing. But otherwise very good, nice updated rooms, lots of amenities which we partook in the indoor pool, hot tub and middle outdoor pool.”
