“I travel a lot for work and have never left a review for a hotel before. However, I feel compelled to highlight the incredible hospitality I experienced at the Hawthorne. Beautiful property with lot of options for dining and entertainment. The staff was exceptional. They go way out of their way to ensure you feel comfortable and that your needs are met. They fully exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to returning next time I’m in the area.”
“Great rooms and reception were great. Bar lively and food was good. Pool excellent. Slight let down with buffet breakfast that could have been made by the plate rather than drying in the bain marie..staff were really focussed on keeping the buffet topped up....but that meant we had to call for coffee after several minutes... having said that, would stay again if in area...almost 10/10!”
