The hostess, Gabriele, is very responsive and helpful. She was kind enough to help me call a taxi (the taxi driver is also very kind and helpful) from the train station to the property. The check-in was easy and quick. With the guest card there, we enjoyed a little discount for experiences like the salt mining one. The property was very clean, tidy and well furnished. The environment was cozy and quiet. My sister and I missed so much the big big stars we saw at the balcony there. My family...

We recently had our second stay at this hotel and once again, it did not disappoint. It is truly an unbeatable hotel located in the heart of Mondsee and just a stone's throw away from the picturesque Lake Mondsee. What sets this hotel apart is its rich historical and cultural significance. Staying here, we felt like we were transported back to the Middle Ages, experiencing the grandeur and opulence of a royal palace or noble estate. Room was super new, clean and modern! This is probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in!

The room was good and comfortable. The location of the hotel was difficult to find. The breakfast was not good. The adjacent area was silent. Not near the attractive area/point.

No tea cup and kettle but can request to have immediate response. Appreciate

Good service and also included free minibar.

Outstanding reception. Staff offered great help and great food

Very nice hotel, the room with baclony facing to the lake. The disadvantage is that there is no hot kettle for water boiling

All staff are excellent and things are well-communicated and coordinated, good food good price! Hidden gem in the region!

Except the location is bit far away from city centre, the hotel is perfect- good condition, room is big and comfy, dinner was excellent and good service. Highly recommended.
