「It was a very basic room. No bureau or closet to put clothes. You're forced to live out of your suitcase. The room was clean. The staff were very helpful. The building looks a little tired. The air conditioner did work very well.」

「Beautiful place! The two pools are awesome. The free (short) island hopping and cave tours are well worth the time. We extended our island hopping to +/- 1 hour and it was great. Very relaxing and incredible sites. Unfortunately, the food is only okay and many items were unavailable. Still, I highly recommend this beautiful resort.」

「Booked the room for my party of 11 and 5 rooms. Booked the room for 1 night and loved the property. We were offered to extent another night we would get a free night. So buy 2 nights and get 1 comped. Had to pay full price for the 5th room for our driver that didn't qualify. And we were good with that. Day 2 the mood changed and they were pressured to pay full charge for second night. And would have to transfer rooms of all 11 persons. We explained that this was dishonest and that they were not...

「This is a tough review for sure.
Let’s start with the amazing. The STAFF it’s absolute first class amazing. The food at the Q restaurant is very good. The morning breakfast is amazing!!The location is perfect for getting around.
Now the BAD
We were upgraded to Room 704 which is a family suite. Beautiful room. Unfortunately the smart TV did not work and the Wi-Fi was nonexistent. We did asked to transfer rooms which ended up being 401. Much smaller room with the queen bed but at least the Wi-Fi...
