This hotel is far away from being a 4* hotel. This is an old house, more like a 2*, maximum a 3* motel. A terrible place that I do not recommend to anyone. First, they gave us a room on the 1st floor with a window opening to the street with only one side curtain, impossible to have privacy. Totally unbelievable. So we had to change the room. All rooms were very basic and outdated, with no safe, and no telephone. The shower’s water was either too cold, or extremely hot, and no way to control. So, impossible to have a warm shower. The breakfast was very basic, serving cold ready sunny side up eggs. The only good thing was the coffee. From a month before we requested for gluten free bread, and even though they approved it, when we asked for it, the staff had no idea what we were talking about. The 1st day, they totally missed cleaning our room and fixing our bed. Even though we mentioned this to them, but nothing happened. So we ended fixing the bed ourselves. On the 2nd night, around 3:00am, we started hearing someone banging on a door so strongly that we jumped to see what is happening. The banging was repeated several times, and since there was no telephone inside the rooms, I had to walk to the reception area, but unfortunately, no one was there to help. So, practically, we ended up staying awake the entire night. The only good thing about this hotel was one of the staff called Usman who was kind enough to help us in several areas. Other than that this hotel is terrible.
