「Pet friendly with for the dog to run about and a clean, comfortable house.」

「Code to open house was wrong so minor delay getting in. Amy responded immediately. Nice house with comfortable beds and furnishings. Kitchen with plenty of equipment. Nice big back yard for dogs. No complaints.」

We are booking based on the coast property that can see the ocean or bay but it ends up with a non-refundable booking within the town of a busy street. Traffic noise in night time and early morning. 「Stayed in this lovely studio for two nights, while exploring the area.Such a comfortable stay, everything we needed to enjoy our trip to Humboldt.Location was great, easy walking around the town of Arcata and to the Marshes.Having the Co-op nearby was a big bonus. Even though we were there Friday and Saturday the place was wonderfully peaceful. The studio is thoughtfully decorated, and we were glad of the fan during the warm spell. Amy was a wonderful and attentive host. Will definitely be back!」

「My family of three was quite comfortable in this home as we visited the redwoods and coast. We would recommend to similar size groups who want more privacy and space than a traditional hotel.」
