Spacious chalet and great location

Lovely homely chalet. Great to have the pool too. Short walk to shops and restaurants in Morillon and the area full of activities. We all had a great time

Fantastic first ski holiday chalet very nice warm and comfortable with everything that you would need ...host were very good and fixed the oven issue as soon as they could. Will definitely be returning next year and recommend the place to friends and family

Good ski trip

Challet is good for a family ski trip. Overall good condition. Everything worked and was along the expectations. Location - having a car is recomended - challet is between two ski gondolas (both more than 1km away). Although there is a ski-bus, we did not visit during high-season and buses did not go as frequently as desired (no buses after 5pm). Samoens or Morillon are the closest areas for groceries, restaurants, etc and both are 1,5-2 km walk - hence logistics can be a challenge.

lovely chalet - a couple of niggles

Generally a really nice place to stay. Roomy, good size bedrooms and well appointed. Plenty of parking and well positioned between Samoens and Morrillon. Owners need to sort out the lack of hot water for a big chalet when everyone wants to shower and the wifi is hit and miss.

Chalet au top mais invasion massive de mouches

Le chalet est idéalement situé, avec une vue magnifique et équipé idéalement pour une grande famille. Nous n'avons manqué de rien, sauf peut-être un 2ème frigo. La piscine chauffée était un gros plus, nous avons pû en profiter chaque jour. Le seul point noir et qui est indépendant de la volonté des propriétaires est l'invasion massive de mouches interieure et exterieure, ingerable malgré l'achat de tous les produits existants contre les mouches et la fermeture des fenêtres... comptez environ 30 minutes chaque soir pour s'en débarrasser dans les chambres avec une tapette... Les propriétaires sont d'une extrême gentillesse et très réactifs, facilement joignables. La conciergerie est également très arrangeante et soucieuse de notre confort. Malgré les mouches auxquelles nous avons fini par nous accommoder, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce chalet spacieux, confortable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût.

Un chaleureux séjour en famille

Le chalet Marvel est bien agréable: une grande pièce à vivre vitrée, chaleureuse, des jolies chambres bien aménagées, une grande cuisine où rien ne manque, des décorations de Noël bienvenues. Le calme environnant et la proximité des pistes de ski ont été très appréciés!Le seul bémol qui nous a gêné: une chambre borgne sans fenêtres au rez-de-chaussé, à côté du local à ski, sur laquelle nous comptions pour un couple. A deux, dans un espace cloisonné, cela nous a posé problème. Mis à part cette insatisfaction, notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé et nous en remercions nos hôtes.

Anniversaire des 50 ans de mariage

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille pour notre anniversaire de mariage. Beau chalet, bien équipé avec des hôtes sympa. On a fait du ski, de la luge, des raquettes et des balades. Nous recommandons vivement ce chalet.

Ideaal voor drie gezinnen

De communicatie met de eigenaar was duidelijk en op tijd. Inchecken en contact tijdens ons verblijf was prima. Heel fijne vakantiewoning mét groot zwembad, die gelukkig ook gesloten kon worden zodat onze kinderen er niet op eigen houtje in konden springen.

A Wonderful Stay

We are just back from a wonderful two-week vacation in this beautiful chalet. Coming from a more urban setting, the mountain views from the house are just stunning. Every day something new. We spent our days hiking, cycling, exploring Mont Blanc, Chamonix and Geneva and chilling by the pool. Sheer bliss. The house itself was cozy and although it’s starting to show a bit of wear and tear, it was perfect for us. The only issue we had was with the plethora of flies that came in if you left the windows and doors open. This was quickly resolved with the help of both Sophie and Christine, who ordered two fans to be delivered a few days later which made it possible to close the doors and still stay cool. Sophie, who checked us in, was very helpful and it was comforting to have someone to run questions by during the two weeks.The hostess, Christine, also checked in on us and was very attentive. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation here and highly recommend this accommodation!

Schönes Haus mit Pool und optimaler Lage

Das Haus ist am Fuße des Berges und bietet einen guten Startpunkt zum Wandern und Fahrrad fahren. Direkt danach lädt der Pool zum Schwimmen ein. Die Ausstattung ist insgesamt sehr gut, alles was man zum Kochen benötigt, ist in den Schränken zu finden. Einziger negativer Punkt ist vielleicht die etwas laute Holztreppe, was uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat.

séjour Samoens

Très beau demi chalet avec vue sur le Criou (très joli paysage de montagne ) et a proximité de la charmante petite ville de Samoens et pas très loin de l exceptionnel site du cirque de Sixt fer a cheval , a 45mn environ de Saint Gervais Les Bains donc endroit sympa pour toutes sortes de ballades ainsi que pour de nombreuses activités : parapente , rafting , canyoning .......... Pour ce qui concerne le chalet , nous étions 12 adultes et un bébé de 10 mois , aucun soucis pour la vie en collectivité grâce a la très grande pièce de vie , une cuisine bien équipée seul petit bémol , le réfrigérateur un peu juste pour 12 en été lorsqu'il faut ranger boissons et nourriture , manque également peu être un deuxième caquelon a fondue et un deuxième four a raclette pour les familles nombreuses , de belles chambres ( sauf une un peu moins sympa car elle est annoncée aveugle mais on ne passe pas ses journées dedans ) , 3 salles de bain et toilettes , une piscine 8 mx4 m qui malheureusement pour nous a eu un problème de pompe et de chauffage juste avant notre arrivée et malgré tout le dévouement de notre sympathique hôte Sophie celle ci n a pu être remise complètement en état que le jeudi après midi ( pas facile de trouver des artisans début août ) et comme nous partions le samedi matin nous n avons pas vraiment pu en profiter surtout que la météo n était pas de notre coté pour la chauffer naturellement , c est notre seul petit regret d avoir réglé une prestation qui n était pas a la hauteur de nos attentes . Excellent séjour malgré tout et chalet vraiment agréable .

Très beau chalet

Ce chalet est très bien situé au calme avec une vue magnifique. Il est très bien équipé pour la cuisine et très agréable. Nous avons passé un séjour à 6 personnes adultes. On pourrait facilement accueillir aussi 4 enfants en complément. Il est possible de déjeuner en terrasse au soleil. Le village est charmant et l'accueil du gérant était très chaleureux. Des vacances réussies !

Le chalet où il fait bon vivre

Nous y avons passé de superbes vacances. Le moindre petit souci était réglé par Sophie qui est d'une grande efficacité et disponible à tout moment. Le chalet est magnifique dans un cadre qui l'est tout autant.
