"The property has no formal address because it is on an unpaved road. So it is very hard to find up two hills on the unpaved road. The pictures are very misleading and only the bigger rooms are shown. Then there is no free breakfast, but a dirty coffee table where everyone can share the same spoon to take coffee or cocoa out of a shared instant coffee tin and take sugar out of a cork covered jar which is covered with ants as it is on an outside balcony.
The room is tiny and there is no hot...

"La propiedad está ubicada en una calle lateral y no en frente del malecón. Eso nos gustó porque la propiedad no es ruidosa. Es calmado por ahí y no escuchas música. La desventaja es que no es una calle “in.” El personal es muy acusioso. Kirk y el resto del equipo nos trataron muy bien."
"The property has roaches and ants. The bathrooms and toilets was dirty. The service of the staff was excellent. they tried to help me. They switched the room. but the owner needs to fumigate this hotel. The hallways at night were dark no lights working."
"location was excellent and staff was friendly and helpful.
the property is in desperate need of repairs and updates - - - for example, the tiles on the deck were broken, my sink did not drain (they fixed it), the air conditioning was weak, and the furniture showed lots of signs of wear.
for this price point, there should be wifi in the rooms, not just in the lobby"
"The first day the floor was dirty , requested to clean and took more than one day . Also the floor of the hallway was slippery . Manager was notified and took actions .
The swimming pool was broken and we could not use for one day then send us to another hotel were had time restrictions . They should inform guest about it .
Another issue was was to see a foreign old man with two young women at the hotel . It was inappropriate for family oriented hotel . Hoping the feedback is considered and make Trigen to improve .
Food was good in general but somet days the juice was not freshed . The rodizio was not the best experience ."
"The resort keeps on charging our card every week since we left. The front desk staff are rude and mean. The room door fell on my leg and now I have a big gash in my leg. The bartenders were the only nice people."
"the staff were very accommodating and helpful through our entire trip. The room was kept tidy everyday and the decor is well put together! Thank you to all those that made our trip to San Andres a wonderful memory!"
