"The property has no formal address because it is on an unpaved road. So it is very hard to find up two hills on the unpaved road. The pictures are very misleading and only the bigger rooms are shown. Then there is no free breakfast, but a dirty coffee table where everyone can share the same spoon to take coffee or cocoa out of a shared instant coffee tin and take sugar out of a cork covered jar which is covered with ants as it is on an outside balcony.
The room is tiny and there is no hot...

"Overall the hotel is under construction and all the other reviews are accurate. Once you pay the staff doesn’t really care about your staff. You pay for the location not the quality of the hotel. We asked to change sheets before check out since we decided to extend our stay and the staff forgot and initial didn’t want to change them since we returned to the hotel around 6pm. I complained about being a regular tourist that leaves reviews since I booked with hotels.com and within 10 mins came to our room to change sheets. I was thankful but other than that the overall atmosphere was not great for a hotel that is suppose to hold it name. I would not recommend for the price, buffet is not great whether it’s breakfast or dinner. It’s better to eat at the near by restaurantes. The room was a renovated room and the air leaked water I slipped and hurt myself. The bathroom did not have a proper shower head, and there was a leak in the toilet. Internet is horrible, I had to use my personal hotspot to watch Netflix. The location is good because it’s close to the beach and has a lot of restaurants around and shopping centers but if you want a decent hotel I would not recommend and even less for the price. "
"Breakfast was amazing. Plenty of options. Our room had some minor floor damage from water. Minor details but not enough to ruin your stay. Staff were helpful but some could be more attentive to the needs of guests. "
"This hotel is so bad, rooms smell and are old. There is mold everywhere bathroom, pool. The towels are so old and smell bad. We had a room with balcony, but the door was broken and couldn’t open. When we got to our room there was a dead bird on the balcony. This hotel is lock of maintenance. There is no WiFi in the rooms, only at the lobby. Very disappointed the pictures when booking shows a nice hotel."
