This is the best budget stay in San Angelo. The location is a bit off the main traffic areas of town, but this helps it be somewhat quieter and more spacious. The room was nice; the beds comfortable. It was a bit dated with some corners that had collected excess dirt but overall it was well above average in the area for the price. The custom cooked food was better than a normal hotel breakfast and the restaurant was delightfully quaint. All in all, I now have a new place bookmarked for future stays.

This is an older Quality Inn with outside entrances to rooms. The room was clean. AC worked fine. TV did not work until they showed us the extra button that had to be pressed on the TV when we turned it on. Direct TV with no local channels. Ice maker was broken. For breakfast we got two tickets for the diner that's attached. We either had a choice of about four items, or a discount on their regular menu. Portions were not very big for the four choices.

The staff went above and beyond. They were friendly. They were helpful and they didn't waste their time giving you any help that you needed. Also, the rooms were very nice. Clean and quiet, more or less. You could hear the traffic somewhat, but not bad. And they had really nice restaurant, you'd get a good breakfast and I believe they're open for lunch. And the parking's good, lots of light and the parking lot and I saw security cameras everywhere. I couldn't find a good ice machine but they have some venting machines on the floors. I can recommend this place. It's very nice.

Good staff. Air conditioning is well. The service definitely couldn’t done better for accommodation, as I had elderly (over 70s) with me on this trip, but it is what it is. The breakfast was lackluster, definitely bare minimum from a next restaurant (i.e. one egg and one bacon strip, but with 2 coffee servings), but it’s free, just don’t expect much as it is complementary.

Room was clean, and the staff was friendly. I specifically chose this property because it advertised an outdoor pool. Unfortunately, the pool was empty for the entire 11 days of my stay. It would have been helpful to know this in advance so I could have chosen a different property that offered the amenities I was looking for.

The room could have been cleaner. The sheets were stained, and the bathroom tub and toilet appeared outdated and in need of updating. There was also an unpleasant odor in the room. The bathroom floors looked as though they had not been swept or mopped thoroughly in quite some time. Additionally, there were noticeable damages on the walls and several broken items in the room. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, but the price was economical and reasonable for the stay. Overall, the room needs better cleaning, maintenance, and updates to provide a more comfortable experience for guests.

El hotel ofrece alberca por Expedia y no es verdad esa amenidad no es dada, la tina del baño tenia una fuga y se mojaba la alfombra de la recamara, la cafetera no funcionaba le faltaba una pieza, la recepcionista en el check in un poco descortes, el chavo del check out muy bien muy amable. Would never stay there again traveled 7hrs and to get there and find out the pool wasn’t working I called before booked and the person lied about the pool so had nothing for my boys todo the whole weekend and the my room everything was very dusty and dirty like the room hadn’t been touched in a very long time and tv couldn’t change the channel called front desk nobody never answered so again nothing for my boys todo watch just very disappointed about everything

Staff on day two and day three were great and so helpful. Hotel is clearly very dated. No amenities to speak of as pool was closed, no breakfast on Mondays. Shower tub drained super slow and toilet paper holder was half falling off. Curtains were placed incorrectly and would not close properly. On the good part, parking is ample. Air conditioner was very loud but cooled enough.

TV would turn on but could not attain the satellite signal. Water in bathtub/shower would not shut off completely. I left a note for the maid letting them know of those two item. Room was clean and comfortable as was the bed and the pillows. Would choose this hotel again if I were to be in the area again.
