La habitación está bien, está limpia y comoda. Lo que no nos gustó fue que goteaba el agua de la bañera no cerraba bien y estuvo así durante los dos días de la estancia, no hay alberca está inhabilitada y no tienen servicio de para comer ahí en el hotel.

Good: At check in, lady at countered greeted us well, shower water pressure was good, smoke free, plenty of towels. Bad: at check-in, man at counter was not friendly, TV did not work, no iron or ironing board. There was a weird spot on our sheets.

The room smelled awful. The toilet rocked when sat upon. Toilet seat was loose and shifted.The shower head was at adult shoulder level. The water basically fell out- no water pressure at all. The crowning touch was the curly hair on the ice bucket tray. I asked to be moved, and the 2nd room was a virtual twin to the first. The smell was not quite as bad; I didn’t have to tie a shirt around my head to filter the air. The property itself was in a sad state of disrepair and it was a travesty to charge me over 100$ for that room. I could not find one redeeming factor. How in the world it was rated a 7.2 is beyond me. Don’t stay there if you can help it!

The beds were comfortable. Even though the hotel is older, it was clean. There was a slight smell. Not that I was going to use it, but the microwave was like they had gotten out of a junkyard. It looked in bad shape but clean. It was not a bad stay. They did give us breakfast vouchers for the little diner that was close to the hotel. The breakfast was simple but enough.

We checked in after 10 pm and there was a loud party in the parking lot blaring spanish music. The lady at the front desk assigned usvroom 251. I requested a downstairs room and she said she couldnt chanege the room because i booked 3rd party. Before i was out the door she was sitting back down messing on hetr phone. We got to the room to find damage to the door frame and the inside safety lock was broke and non functional. The grab bar in the bathtub was missing, there was some type of white paint or plaster smeared on the inside of the bathroom door, and the cheap plastic toilet seat was loose and did not fit the toilet properly. I think we were placed in a sub-par room because we booked 3rd party. I passed this info along to the man at the desk during checkout and he he said he was sorry but really showed no signs of really caring about my concerns. I am disappointed in Wyndham and have lost confidence in their ability to provide a safe restful experience. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS QUALITY INN AGAIN!

The hotel was old and run down, no water in the pool, ice machine broken, TV didn't work for 2 days, no coffee pot then they brought me one and that one didn't work. Went to the office one morning to get a cup of coffee and the coffee pot was empty. Phone in the room did not work so I had no wake up call. The shower dripped and it was very hard to turn it off. Breakfast was served across the street at a restaurant with a very limited menu. One day I had two eggs one piece of bacon and toast and that's pretty much all they offered. Another day I was 15 minutes late for their cut off for the hotel and they would not serve me unless I paid full menu price. I am a senior citizen and they did not offer me a room on the first floor so I had to walk stairs and the hotel was mostly vacant. Worst experience in my life. Because I went through Expedia I could not cancel without penalties.
