Fees Upon Arrival

• Damage deposit: A damage deposit will be processed as a pre-authorization on your credit card and will be released after your departure, provided there is no damage, items missing, or extra cleaning required.

• Minimum Age: The primary guest must be a minimum of 21 years of age to check in and must occupy the suite for the duration of the stay.
• Smoking: This is a non-smoking property.
• Housekeeping: Light touch daily service is available upon request, and weekly full clean is provided.
