    Unwind in this historic home with modern comforts. With a spacious dining area, & a dreamy kitchen, there's space for everyone. Step outside to the private backyard for a relaxing evening. The upstairs rooms offer privacy & tranquility.

    This prestigious historic subdivision, is walkable to top restaurants. The Pearl is just over a mile away, & the Riverwalk restaurants are only 2 miles. Romantic getaway or a family vacation, this home promises an unforgettable stay.

    The home is in the famous Monte Vista Historical District. Around every corner is more great food. The ever famous La Fonda on Main is a short drive down the street (ask to eat outside). Don't miss Barbaro that is just blocks away. The Pearl is 1 mile away and Trinity blocks away.

It was easy to check in, and home was clean. Location for us worked well. Communication with the host worked great. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a super unique, high quality property in a beautiful, historic neighborhood of old, affluent San Antonio (Olmos Park) that retains incredible charm. Obviously, a lot of care has gone into furnishing and creating spaces that accentuate the French villa style of this house. We spent a fair amount of time appreciating the craftsmanship, design and the unknown history of this place. Despite much of the antique feel of the house, it is comfortable, inviting and very livable.I would note that in these older neighborhoods, this and many of the driveways are single vehicle width (although long enough for 2 cars), and overnight street parking may be discouraged. There is also a parking space beyond the driveway gate into the back courtyard that could potentially be used for additional parking.The location was great for us for access to downtown, the River Walk, and the Pearl Brewery area.Debby was a very attentive hostess and helpful with several pointers.Would definitely stay again.
