The staff were highly unprofessional. I had called three days in advance to confirm my booking through Expedia at this location. The front desk receptionist told me they couldn’t find my booking and they put me on hold for 39 minutes. I had to call both Expedia and best western customer support to get any help. Only after calling best western customer rep was I able to confirm my booking. The day that I was supposed to check in yet again the receptionists told me they couldn’t find my room, instead they told me I had actually booked two rooms. When I tried to fix the mistake they kept cutting me off and were rude, they told me that they couldn’t help me. Yet again, I had to call best western customer service. The rep had to call the location and talk with the manager Jaime. Only after that was I told that they did indeed have my room. When I walked in again they told me that I had given them the wrong name. Which in my case was a ridiculous excuse since I gave them my name, my confirmation number, and I showed them both my email confirmation and the app booking details. At this point I didn’t want to stay there. I would’ve preferred to stay at any other location but my event was in two hours and I was pressed for time. After checking in we were met with a dingy smelling room with a disgusting restroom and wet floors. I would say, save your money and find a better hotel. The only reason I booked at this hotel is because of it’s close proximity to the frost bank center.
