4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, Sleeps 12. Charming home in a quiet, established neighborhood centrally located. Large master bedroom with king size bed and renovated bathroom. Bedroom 2 with king size bed and bedroom 3 with queen size bed and futon with a Jack-and-Jill bath between them. Additional bedroom suitable for children has bunk bed with trundle and full size futon. Spacious living areas with 55" Roku TV that has local and premium (HBO, Showtime, Starz, etc.) channels. Professional karaoke system installed for your enjoyment! Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and larger communal eating area with seating for 12. Lots of room to spread out indoors and out. Single story house but the family/dining room has a small step down from the kitchen or bedroom wing. LARGE SWIMMING POOL in huge, landscaped back yard to lounge, hang out and play on the BRAND NEW PUTTING GREEN, or play ping pong on the full-size table set up in the garage. 7-seat JACUZZI (TM) HOT TUB! Girl getaway
We loved the roomy home. The character of the home was so nice. The pool was big and always cool water so on the hot days of June it was nice to get in. We would stay here again. It is also not far from seaworld.

Great Home in San Antonio
We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. The owners are very nice and the house was comfortable, clean and the yard space was amazing! There is lots of room for entertaining but for our family it was all about the quiet relaxing space this home offers. Plus it is literally 10-20mins to the Alamo, zoo, riverwalk and only a hour to Fredericksburg or Gruene. You won't be disappointed booking here.

Beautiful home with so much to do on the property. We were in town for a family wedding and really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and ping pong table. This gave us a lot to do during our down time. There is also a very nice putting green and fire pit for smores. The home is very open and the beds are all very comfortable. They have a very nice bathroom with a shower off the garage that is nice for when you are swimming or in the hot tub so you don’t have to go through the house. They had a very nice snack basket on the counter when we arrived. The owner responds quickly and is very accommodating. We will definitely come back to this home if we return to San Antonio in the future.

Great place to stay!
We stayed at this property for our daughter's wedding and all the festivities surrounding it. The house provided everything we needed to serve as headquarters for last minute preparations, calm oasis to settle any pre-wedding nerves, convenient acces to the church downtown and nearby reception venue, plus a great gathering spot to replay all our favorite highlights of the big day. The hosts were very thorough with instructions and suggestions for our stay which made contacting them for any needs unnecessary. We had family and friends staying at other rentals in the area which was incredibly helpful. We highly recommend this property!

Nice week stay
The property is in a nice safe area with a fenced in backyard. Perfect for families with kids. The kids loved the pool even though it was too cold for us older. The hot tub was also great. The putting green got daily use too. The hosts were very attentive to our needs. We had a couple things we couldn’t figure out and they came by and looked into them. There was a lot to do right on the property which was nice for the kids. It was centrally located and we didn’t have to drive too far to get to anything we did. Lovely welcome basket and leftover supplies really helped since we got in very late. Beds were very comfortable for the adults. Only thing I’d add is a basketball hoop and then it would be perfect. We would definitely stay here again. If you are going to this area I’d certainly recommend staying here. The price was great for what you got!!

Great Family Retreat
We were pleased with the Space the house provided, Hot tub, golf and pool gave everyone something to do. They even left suggestions for restaurants and tips. Kitchen provided plenty of dishes. We enjoyed smores on fire pit as well. Quiet neighborhood.

We had a party of 12, six adults and six children ages 4-12 and the property was ideal. It was spacious, plenty of sleeping area, the pool and hot tub were a hit with all, putting area and ping pong entertained the children. The location was in a great neighborhood and close to all things we wanted to do and see. If we ever go back to San Antonio we will definitely be returning guest. The was very accommodating and the snack basket was kind gesture
