"Overall the Hotel is top notch! Very unique and elegant and the rooms are phenomenal. Oddly enough the only complaint would be in regard to the customer service, and this is not directed to the front desk, they were amazing. But in other areas of the hotel, nothing rude or detrimental, just a lack of attentiveness. Which was unfortunate because everything else about the hotel had made such a great first impression and one could easily chalk it up to a rare "blip" in the moment. But overall it was a great experience and stay!"
