The house, even though older, had been very tastefully renovated and furnished. It was more spacious than the photos. We found it had everything we wanted or needed. It was in a very good location and within short driving distance to points of interest. It was also in a pretty quiet neighborhood. The outdoor patio would have been great but weather made it difficult to enjoy (very hot and humid). Only a couple of cons were an issue. Place could have a bit cleaner, however, our standards are quite high. Actually only REAL downside was that bedding etc was highly fragrant. Due to asthma/allergies this was an issue. Once certain fabric types get scented, the scent can never be laundered out. I would recommend this place unless you have fragrance challenges.
