Queen bedroom is located downstairs and equipped with all bedding, dresser drawers, closet, iron and iron board, variety of pillows from soft to firm, and extra covers. It is right next to a full bathroom that is equipped with towels, soap, shampoo, and toilette.
Upstairs master King bedroom is equipped with all bedding, dresser drawers, clothes hanging unit variety of pillows from soft to firm, and extra covers. It is adjoined to the master bathroom that has a walk-in shower and tub. It has 2 vanities which is perfect for couples. Larger vanity has extra essentials such as lotions, soaps, toothbrushes, blow dryer, and magnified mirror to put on make-up. Smaller vanity is equipped with extra curling irons, towels, and soap.
There is an extra full bathroom down the hall that is available for usage that is equipped with extra towels, toilette, and more.
Dining room sits up to six.
*Pets are not allowed upstairs. Must pick up dog poop. Bags provided for you in backyard area. $75 Per pet fee.).
Beautiful outside covered patio. Backyard is great for sitting out, entertainment, with outside seating, fireplace, 65 flat screen TV, grill, and bar. (Guest are responsible for propane for grill) Fully fenced for pets. The grill area has a mini refrigerator. The seating area has a propane heater and there is also another heater near the bar. (propane is the guest responsibility), fans.
Inside mini bar area has complimentary liquor available. NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN OR AROUND HOME.
Certain areas of house are locked off - Garage, master closet, pantry, and 2 offices.
2024 - new addition to house is water softener.
FYI - San Antonio, Texas charges Rental taxes as they do a hotel, so as much as we would love to lower our rate, we are unable to do so due to this fact.
