“Check in was simple and communicative, using WhatsApp. Nicola was friendly, and at the time of check in, met with us and provided a map to show locations in the city to walk. He also organized a transfer to the airport for a Sunday morning flight. That person showed up at 745am, with a clean, luxury vehicle, and charged us what a taxi would have charged us for the ride. The apartment was in good shape, and was well appointed, including an impressive bathroom with an excellent shower.……

“Beautiful old property renovated with a sympathetic modern style. The host, Roberta, has created a wonderful place to stay. Very clean, comfy bed, with the softest bed linen I’ve ever slept in. Great toiletries provided - even make-up remover and proper hair condition, which is unusual. Fresh chilled drinking water replenished everyday in your fridge. “Really blown away by our short stay at this hotel. Alina was helpful before we even arrived, then welcomed us with open arms. We had a room at the back of the hotel, which was quiet, modern and very clean. The shower in particular was incredible and we loved the large bed. Although we didn't use it, the mini bar was very reasonably priced. If we stayed longer we would have perhaps had a beer from it and sat on the terrace one evening. The terrace was lovely! “Perfect location right in the centre of the old city. The rooms are on the first floor and there is no escalator, so a short climb up with your luggage is unavoidable. We did the check-in on our own and throughout the 2 nights that we stayed there, we haven't sighted any reception staff.”

“Staff was great. Room was clean. But my worse lifetime experience in a hotel that has rooms where you can’t sleep. My room was facing an open street terrace with the extreme late night noise and a farmers market for the very early setup noise. Couple this with garbage/recycing pickup and street cleanup at 4am, it impossible to sleep because the windows are not soundproof. During daytime the room is much quieter…”
