Very inconvenient, hotel management should look after the facility maintenance. The room was a good size for four people. However, the minute we walked in the room, it smelt like dirty cat litter. We toughed it out because we were only staying one night and it was a festival weekend so obviously we weren’t gonna get another room since it was booked out as was every other hotel in the relevant area. Sad to have spent so much money but close enough for convenience to the NOS Center.

Another good stay
The hotel was easy to book through hotels.com through after pay. Good deal, room was very nice and comfortable for my family. Breakfast was available daily, potatoes a lil dry, and no regular cream cheese available but overall breakfast was ok. The room was very nice, the elevator wasn’t working the first day we were going down to breakfast and we had to go down and up 3 flights of stairs. It was thankfully fixed by the time we were dressed and left to our event. Staff is nice and helpful. Will stay again.
