這次出差住了三週，我們訂了七間房，有些房間少了浴室浴簾，有些少了一顆枕頭，有些少了垃圾桶，總之就看你的運氣。 房間裡有個廚房可以自己料理，算是一個優點，只是裡面什麼廚具都沒有，需要自己去附近的賣場採購。 旅館並不會定時來清潔，但一樓有付費洗衣機，床單被單枕頭套或毛巾都可以自己拿下去洗，掃具要跟櫃檯借，櫃檯不是24小時，進門需要刷卡，以安全考量來說還算不錯。

Mysterious purple stain on our bedsheets upon arrival & a hole kicked into our restroom door. Our nextdoor neighbor has been checked into the hotel for more than 500 days and was screaming throughout the day and night. We did notify staff but they did not move our room or give us any compensation for the disturbance during our stay.

The room was very comfortable and has a mini kitchen with a fridge, microwave...very comfortable if you have to extend your stay...the entire room plus the restroom is well lit and plenty of hot water...great water flow...there are many amenities within walking distance

Do not recommend. I ended up leaving and not staying after I discovered dried food spills on the walls and vomit on the bathroom floor and wall. Even prior to check in, I called to ask if the room was available 1.5 hr prior to check in, and the women who answered was very rude to me.

I had a very frustrating experience staying at WoodSpring Suites Colton and would not recommend this location. I booked and prepaid for my stay through Expedia with no issues on my end. At check-in, the hotel charged a $100 deposit for incidentals, which is standard. However, at checkout, I was told the hotel had only received $4 from Expedia and that they might keep my $100 deposit unless additional payment was collected. This is completely unacceptable. I already paid in full through Expedia, and any billing issues between the hotel and Expedia should never fall on the customer. Holding a deposit meant for damages as leverage for their internal billing problem is unprofessional. I contacted Expedia, and they confirmed they reached out to the hotel and resolved the issue, stating the hotel had outdated or incorrect billing information on file. Again, this was entirely a hotel-side issue. Despite that, it has now been four days since checkout, and my $100 deposit is still pending and has not been released. I have also tried calling the hotel multiple times with no answer. On top of the billing problems, the overall stay itself was disappointing. The cleanliness was below standard—towels had visible stains, there was sticky residue on surfaces like counters and light fixtures, and the room did not feel properly cleaned. The AC unit was loud and disruptive, and the bed was uncomfortable. Customer service was also lacking. The front desk employee, Aaron, was not helpful in resol
