"Such a lovely place, the breakfast is amazing. The host was super friendly even though we arrived late. She stayed up and accommodated us at the last minute, made us feel welcome. Rooms are comfortable. WiFi works great. It's a 15 minute drive from the Treviso airport, parking is easy, and the place is off the main road so very quiet and peaceful. "

"Clean, comfortable, pleasant staff, very well maintained and serviced.
Breakfast served in ground floor cafe, and again, very pleasant and welcoming staff.
Treviso is a delightful town, and an excellent base for exploring the region.
Highly recommended."

"Used as a stopover due to a late evening flight arrival . 10minutes if that from the airport by taxi . Family room immaculate and ideal . Breakfast was a self service simple affair but more than adequate . Host was there and helpful with bus information for our car rental .
Communication regards Venice Exemption passes and how to self check in from the host were great"

"A pleasant, simple option about a 4-minute drive from Motta di Livenza. This is a family-run affair, and it may feel as if you're living in a spare bedroom - but the owners were very pleasant and offered useful restaurant recommendations, and the breakfast was solid, if not spectacular. The rural setting, though, is delightful: two vineyards are within easy walking distance, and the adjacent small road works well for a morning jog. If you have a car and want a casual experience, this could work...

"The location is unique and wonderful. Staff were very helpful and polite.
Dinner in the Osteria was excellent and kitchen accommodated vegetarians without a fuss. Our room loft room facing the waterway was very spacious and quiet. Visit Burano across the bridge after 7p.m. - the whole island is deserted and peaceful.
Didn't go for wine tasting experience and instead had bottle of wine from the vineyard - it was very drinkable. Overall , an excellent hotel and recommend staying for 2 days on the...

"We enjoyed our stay, especially appreciated the great bedding, silent surroundings.
May be would add more home-made products for breakfast and less the packaged ones."

"When I arrived, my kids immediately saw rides and a pool. I was immediately told by brother of the host that this area is private. It is literally the same building, same garden, same premises. Why is the “private” area for brother not separate. It’s like living in the hotel. How are the guests supposed to know. My kids were left crying for hours on arrival and then in the morning because of this.
I also requested for the checkout a little late which was declined and not even 30min were...

"very old building which was part of the charm. staff were very friendly, was a great location to walk the city and only a few minutes to train station by water bus. good value for money."
"Tile in bath was dirty or had mold on it. Hair dryer was HORRIBLE. That needs to be updated to something that works much better.
Staff was great and overall room nice."
"The hotel was wonderful. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend using their shuttle services as it made arrival so easy and convenient."
"Excellent Wedding anniversary stay. Hotel was great, beautiful and conveniently located to explore Venice, well served with water taxis at very nice rates. The hotel had excellent facilities like a gym, pool and restaurants. A lot of history and culture on the building itself. The staff were amazing. 5 stars."
