「A lovely little lodge with quaint, rustic decor but excellent amenities. The room was clean and spacious, the beds were comfy, and the heated pool was very nice. It's a little outside of the "touristy" village, but that's a bonus if you want some peace and quiet. They even prepared our breakfast a little earlier for us as we were hitting the road early.」

「Alta Traful wastes the opportunity it has to provide guests with an experience as unique as the lake it is situated upon. The room was basic and bathroom (tiny sized) had taps either leaking or falling of. Parking is not enforced so vehicles were parked irregularly making it difficult to park our own — I took a photo & asked reception to get the truck moved but she did nothing. 「El establecimiento en general está muy bien, es engorroso el estacionamiento. La comunicación con administración fue decepcionante, vino a la cabaña la administradora y husmeó mientras recogíamos nuestras pertenencias, llevándose un pote de miel, y también desaparecieron unas llaves colgadas de un llavero dentro de la cabaña, y me aseguraron no que estaban. Malísimo」

「En cuanto a la habitación no he tenido mayores problemas. En cuanto al servicio tuve que solicitar algunas cosas en recepción y la atención del personal de recepción regular. Falta de experiencia y no muy simpática. Falta de presencia . Información turística brindada regular .」
