The Villa is located near Chiesanuova, a small village in Chianti Classico set on a rolling hill between vineyards and olive trees. Its location, in the heart of the world famous Tuscan countryside just 14 km from the enchanting Renaissance city of Florence, allows you to experience the best of Italy.

The Villa dates back to the 16th century and is complete with two elegantly decorated floors dominated by a beautiful panoramic tower. All rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the stunning garden surrounding the Villa, and include an elegantly decorated lounge, TV and pool table, dining room and a spacious and fully renovated kitchen, equipped with all modern amenities including: oven, microwave, freezer, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, and cookware. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a bathroom on the ground floor, the entire Villa is AIR CONDITIONING.

On the second floor there are 8 large bedrooms, each complete with a private bathroom recently renovated in 2016.

There is a large terrace ideal for alfresco lunches/dinners, enjoying the wonderful view and the tranquillity of the place, it is also a real theater opened on the spectacle of nature, the swimming pool can offer pleasant and relaxing moments in a grandiose setting.
