"We arrived there and they still cleaning the apartment, we had to wait to get in; No hot water and no cable TV until Monday that they sent somebody to fix the problems."

"This property has the potential to be amazing, but we had trouble with insects and there were no screens on the windows to keep them out (and no AC) We also were disappointed with the maintenance practice of apparently using untreated water for the grass, which created a terrible smell. "Apartment is very new, super clean and comfortable. Beautiful view of the sunset and the bay from the balcony. Our family was taking kite surfing lessons and school is at walking distance. Our host Victor was very nice and responsive, gave us lots of tips of the area. Just be aware that “service room” is basically a bed in a closet off the laundry room with no air conditioning. There is still construction going on on the premises but we did not hear much noise. We would go back again! "

"Perfect home for a few days to relax by the pool. The beach is 3 min. walking distance and we can even hear it from the room on the top floor! They advertise it as « brand new » but it has to have a year or two. Cleanliness of the floors and the kitchen should be improved but overall a very noce stay with the family. "

"Booking. We booked a week before. We couldn't get the full address from the 'management company'. It states unnamed, Paracas, Peru. The address they gave is not a street address. Luckily for us we stay in Paracas every year so kind of knew we re it was located. The 'management company' seems to do everything through Wahtsapp, as I don't use this, they were 'unable to communicate with me' that's what they said. "This property is located in the heart of Paracas Bahia! It is a lovely place with direct access to the ocean in a quiet and beautiful area. Plenty of room for a large family and options to many outdoor activities like walking, kayaking, swimming, and running. Great ocean access area for small kids to play. "Nice hotel, i had a small room on the 2nd floor and the desk clerk kindly carried my suitcase up the stairs (no elevator). Very clean, super-comfortable bed, and a balcony w two chairs. The bathroom was tiny but served its purpose. My Saturday 8am shower was not very hot, but Sunday and Monday the hot water was better, so i guess it was due to the number of weekend guests. Nice breakfast buffet on 4th floor rooftop with a beautiful view of the harbor. Eggs, breads, fruit, cereals, yogurt, juices and a different meat every morning. Nice automatic dispenser w choice of coffee types. The pool area looked inviting, but the weather was too chilly for swimming. Good price, great location. I would definitely stay here again."
