“2 very small room suite without any Galapagos flair. Nobody helped with luggage to and from the room. No internet for the entire stay. Personell was kind of friendly but very cool and reserved. Asked for help to find a place and was told to use Google Maps. Breakfast not fresh prepared but dry and old. Next time will stay at Golden Bay Hotel.”

“Rooms were clean, ac worked awesome, staffs were very attentive, caring, nice, and very helpful. Major disappointment was that both of the Jacuzzi did not work. Over all location was great, minus the mountain steps you have to go up. Over all expericen was great and would stay there again. ”

“Our stay at the hotel was excellent. V clean nice view and amenities v good. Rafael was very accommodating and very considerate. Staff v attentive and helpful providing lots of useful information about the island and best coffee in town. ”
