“Lo único que hizo cómoda nuestra estadía fue Xiomara la encargada de la propiedad (vive en la guardiania). Pero las fotos no enseñan lo fea y vieja que está la casa. Queda pegada al lado de otra casa que están casi conectadas. Reservaron esa casa a parte y pusieron la música a todo volumen, entonces la última noche no dormimos nada. No la recomiendo si están acostumbrados a una casa bonita en airbnb o vrbo. Aunque está a la orilla de la playa, el mar es muy bravo, así que no se pueden meter.”

“We refused to check in and had to find other local accommodations. The directions were off by 1 mile, requiring getting locals to help find the place. When we got there we found 1) No way to secure our belongings, since door locks were not working, 2) no A/C in the main rooms and 90 degrees without fans, 3) Open access from the public beach, 4) cockroaches, 5) bad neighborhood without the listed local restaurants and shops, 6) Poorly maintained pool, barbeque, and other amenities. “We need someone to help people all the time. It is because when I entered the building, it was empty and I did not have any communication with anyone. We were also waiting for someone to give us the keys to our room, but then someone helped us because that knows the families. Also the Internet and Wifi was very poorly because we had 2 hours and we lost the signal. Also we did not know the password, and no information always appears.”

“I booked this stay through Expedia and arrived around 3 PM for check-in. The property is absolutely adorable and tucked away in a quiet side street right by the ocean. The location is amazing with everything bein within a 1–5 minute walk, and the pool area is especially beautiful with palm trees, lounge chairs, and a very relaxing vibe. “Check in was easy and quick. Property is beautiful and very aesthetic, food was a little on the higher price side compared to prices in El Salvador. The pool looked nice. HOWEVER, my understanding was the resort was on the beach and it was not. That was kind of disappointing. At check out they make you wait until they check the room, that was a little annoying since I had to run to an appointment an hour away.”
