It is because when I entered the building, it was empty and I did not have any communication with anyone.

“Check in was easy and quick. Property is beautiful and very aesthetic, food was a little on the higher price side compared to prices in El Salvador. The pool looked nice.
HOWEVER, my understanding was the resort was on the beach and it was not. That was kind of disappointing.
At check out they make you wait until they check the room, that was a little annoying since I had to run to an appointment an hour away.”

“I booked this stay through Expedia and arrived around 3 PM for check-in. The property is absolutely adorable and tucked away in a quiet side street right by the ocean.
The location is amazing with everything bein within a 1–5 minute walk, and the pool area is especially beautiful with palm trees, lounge chairs, and a very relaxing vibe.
