Located in South Mission Beach this property is the perfect spot for your next getaway. It's a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath house that can sleep up to 8 people. On the bottom level you have one bedroom with a queen bed along with its own bathroom. Upstairs on the second floor is the fully equipped kitchen, living room with couches that can sleep 2 more people, another bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a full bathroom. The third floor of the house includes the master bedroom with a king bed and its own full bathroom.

From the second floor you can go outside on the patio and enjoy the beautiful San Diego weather. The lower level has a table, chairs and BBQ. Up on the rooftop there is more seating including lounge chairs where you can take in the breathtaking views of the bay. This property comes with a 2 car garage and cable.

Good location

The property is well located , steps to the bay beach (which the kids loved) and across the street from the ocean - easy walk. The property was ok - little worn but the beds and sheets were comfortable. The main floor where the living room, kitchen and 1 bedroom/bath was extremely warm. There are large windows throughout that only open a little bit at the bottom (some are missing screens also) so there is little air circulation. It was in the high 70's/low 80's during our stay and very hot in the living room and kitchen - we had to have 3 loud fans running day and night to make it somewhat cooler - the home has no air conditioning which is usually not needed at the beach but is for this house. There are two outside decks , one with a dining table. The top deck is nice however the railing around it seemed unsafe for small kids and our small dogs without very careful supervision. The wiring around the bottom is gapping in places and could be breeched without much trouble by a kid or small dog. I've stayed in a lot of VRBO's and for the price charged in the summer at this one you are clearly paying for the location and not the home which was just so so.

Enjoyed our staycation

We enjoyed a week long stay. This spacious home is very close to bay that is great for families with small children. The beach is also close enough to walk to. Great roof top deck, we enjoyed most mornings eating breakfast up there. Only thing I would suggest is they replace tv with a smart tv. We could not get the tv to work as it did not have a signal. Other than that it was great family time well spent. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay! The property was very nice and loved the sleeping arrangements it had. The scenery on the top deck was very nice and the bay is a short walk away. The place came very nicely decorated and the linens and towels were a plus. The dish washer and washer/dryer could use some help. FYI take your fan it does come with some but it gets a little stuffy in the daytime since there is no AC. Also the pictures online show the front unit pics and this property is a back unit. Overall we had a great time and look forward to next year. PS: the top deck is very nice but needs some upgrading for safety reasons. Thanks - Wildcat Family
