This spacious haven boasts three large bedroom suites, each with a queen bed and private full bath, ensuring privacy. Suite #1 is on the ground floor, while suites #2 and #3, on the third floor, are separated for no shared walls. Suite #2 includes a private balcony with two comfy egg chairs for relaxing. Two suites can fit a twin premium floor mattress, and one fits two, ideal for kids and teens aged three to sixteen.
The second-floor GREAT ROOM is perfect for bonding, with a living area and fireplace for games, a dining space for large group meals, a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, and a separate media room for movie nights. Two queen sofa beds add extra sleeping space.
Relax on three patios, one on each level, including a ground-level patio with a firepit table for cozy evenings.

Lots of parking
The property has parking for 3 vehicles which is a rare find for a beach area – a medium SUV fits in the garage, a big SUV, truck, or van in the carport, and a regular size car in tandem. However, there a height limit of 8 1/2 feet(2.5M)
Additional parking
Although there's free parking on the street, you must be aware of restricted street sweeping days and times during 8-10am from Monday' to Thursday.
There's also free limited parking at Santa Clara point which is about 1/4 mile away (nice bay-side walk from property)
And if needed, we can arrange for an extra parking space with neighbor who manages parking spaces adjacent to the property. This space can accommodate a large vehicle with unlimited height. Inquire with host for details on pricing and conditions.
