Bayside Retreat

Relax and unwind on your getaway, family vacation, or retreat in a beautiful spacious Point Loma home. This 2 bed/2 bath house in the heart of Point Loma has plenty of room to decompress from the hustle and bustle of life. This is a quiet residential neighborhood that is five blocks from the water's edge. Very quiet block/neighborhood. We live on 3rd level. There are guests below this unit. Please observe our house rules of no parting/parties. Quiet hours 10pm. No pets.


The space
This coastal retreat is located just few blocks up from the harbor. It's ideal for walks or jogs to the nearby water front dining, shopping, and walking paths such as Shelter Island. Both bedrooms are over sized, uncluttered, have double closets with build-in drawers, and ample space. Both bedrooms have deluxe queen mattresses. There is a plug-in queen airbed that can be set up in the extra large living room. Hardwood floors throughout the house with a tile foyer. Kitchen and bathrooms have granite counter tops. The updated spacious kitchen with ample counter space and high-end appliances (Dacor, Kohler, GE Profile). Relax and unwind with the gorgeous bay and downtown views from the kitchen and living room. There is filtered water throughout the house for bathing and drinking.

No partying/parties. We live on the 3rd level and guests are below this unit. Thank you.
