- Full-sized pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room.

- Keurig single-cup coffee maker.
- Plenty of dishes and glassware.
- If you love to cook, bake and BBQ like we do, you'll find everything you need and plenty of counter space.

Parking Arrangements:
- You will have access to a very tight carport in the back of the house.
- The spot will not fit larger vehicles- dimensions are 6' (W) by 13' (L).

Additional Amenities:

- All bath and beach towels provided.
- FREE full sized washer and dryer for your use (shared with unit above.)
- We provide all the little things too: paper products for bath and kitchen (paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, Kleenex), bath and hand soap, shampoo, dish soap, laundry soap, tin foil, and cleaning products.

Property Access and Safety:
- Key-less Entry: We have a key-less entry system so that you will never have to pick up or keep track of keys.
- We send door codes via email 24 hours prior to arrival time.
