We have a rollaway bed and our couch is as wide as a twin bed - Restoration Hardware leather exterior, down interior - can be made into a twin bed with sheets and comforter provided.

We have a pack and play crib and sheets will be provided.

Private yet safe - owner lives on site in separate area with separate backyard.
