Great location and responsive hosts

The location is less than a block from the beach, and soooo close to all the Pacific Beach restaurants and shops. It was great to have designated parking and easy access for all in our group. The hosts were very responsive to a couple of minor issues. We'll book here again.

Great place to stay because it was so close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Would have appreciated more in amenities like I’ve had at other vrbo rentals (I.e. Kleenex, aluminum foil, bigger frying pan for making breakfast items).

Great location

Within walking distance of restaurants and beaches, it was comfortable lodging for the 4 of us. Hosts were very responsive with good communication. I would stay here again.

Nice Place Near the Beach

Very nice updated apartment in an older complex a stones throw from the beach. Clean and relatively spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect San Diego Family Getaway

We had such a great time showing family from out of town a classic San Diego vacation right by the beach! This spot is centrally located to all the PB has to offer. Parking was great and easy, check in and out was a breeze, the place was exactly as advertised, and being steps from the beach was so wonderful. Highly recommend!

Check in was fine. The apartment however had dirty floors throughout (our feet were black from walking around barefoot) dripping rusty bath faucet, mildew on the shower curtain, and a constant horrible smell coming from the master bath sink. The kitchen was adequately supplied however there were no replacement garbage liners, only two dish towels. We also ran out of dish soap. The bath towels were so thin they wouldn’t really dry and there was only one hand towel in the master. A lot of deferred maintenance. I know it’s an ideal location but even so, these seem basic to a comfortable stay. I would not recommend to any of my friends.

Perfect location!

Had an amazing stay! Place was awesome, very clean and well kept! Also Cody and Jaylin responded quickly and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would stay here again!

Awesome place!

Loved, loved this apartment! Wonderful location, friendly neighbors, very clean. Owners emailed twice to make sure we had all we needed. Wonderful experience.
