Location is prime, walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. The beach is 30sec walk. You can see the beach from the balcony. The property was clean and well stocked for what we needed. I didn’t cook much but stove works good and the grill outside is in good conditions. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much but I’m very particular about pillows. The first bathroom is very small but it’s a great thing that the property has 2 full bathrooms. The master bath is a pretty good size. The fans help cool down the bedrooms. It got a little warm in the afternoon so we opened the windows and the balcony door and it cool down quick. The instructions about how to get to the property are very clear and easy. The garage is small as described but I was able to fit our large SUV, although there was a lot of maneuvering. Totally worth the effort because finding parking on the street is hard. The communication with the property manager was great, they check in with you regularly and any questions are answered right away. Overall this property is a gem, recommend it 100%.
