“A lovely hotel in the center of old city. But if you like sleeping this may not be the place for you. Hotel is surrounded by nightclubs on all sides which don’t close until 4 am (music is often so loud you can feel it). And at 6:30 am the bells begin every 15 minutes. Tremendous hotel, staff and location if you can sleep through a rock concert!”

“Very spacious and clean. Living room with full kitchen, multiple balconies, fantastic view as in courtyard. Convenient location, near restaurants, cathedrals and everything. The little craft beer bar just besides it got great beers. ”

“Internet was good. Suite was spacious. Shower and clothing closet on a seperate floor from bedroom. Ceiling fan was quiet and finctioning. A/C also quiet and functioning. Deck fan operates on a chain that was to short. Hammock on the deck takes alot of space where some decent seating and a small table might be. Great view of the park and street activity. Location is not know to Uber. Early morning coffee is available. Paid for morning breakfast with room online ... used 1 of 2 breakfasts, no……

“Good location but property is fairly run down in poor condition. Biggest problem is the staff who can not communicate at all in anything other then Spanish which is a big negative if it is trying to grow tourist business. Elevator is over used and very busy with non residents using it to go to rooftop bar that it becomes a big inconvenience for residents trying to go tonthir rooms having to wait for throne for a long time especially at night or late evenings. If one would have an alternate……

“The bedding was superb. The apartment was large and comfortable. The front desk staff, Neris especially, were super helpful and friendly. The kitchen could have had more cooking implements, but we didn’t ask for more, which may have been available. We would have liked more housekeeping, but we didn’t ask and it was as described as being light. We appreciated the availability of clean towels midweek. The location was very convenient and we felt safe. The restaurant downstairs had excellent……
