Do Not Go here!

Very bad experience at this hotel. Pool not open in extreme heat (End of May); Renovations going on next to the room; A/C not working; Wifi not working...Would not recommend.

La habitación que nos dieron, tenía el soimier dos patas rotas, se lo comentamos al recepcionista y nos la cambió sin problema…. Por una al lado del ascensor el cual no nos ha dejado dormir!

Atenção , ler antes de reservar

A estadia começou mal, pensavamos que era cama de casal como tinha na reserva e o hotel não tem cama de casal. O elevador quase magoou minha mulher , 2 x , fechava com a pessoa a entrar e a sair. O hotel está muito degradado , faltando manutenção. O ar condicionado não funciona em condições. A tampa da sanita não fica de pé tá sempre a cair. O interruptor está a sair da parede torna se perigoso. O atendimento não achei dos melhores. Paguei estadia e pequeno almoço. Cheguei para tomar pequeno almoço E no hotel disseram que não tinha direito. O cheiro a cigarro 🚬 era imenso pelo hotel. Havia parede com muitas marcas de humidade no corredor a frente do elevador . A parte positiva ( piscina ) # não consigo anexar foto #

El hotel necesita mantenimiento

Las instalaciones necesitan muchas mejoras. De dos ascensores, solo funcionan na uno. Algunas paredes de los marcos de las puertas,de las habitaciones, se caen a trozos al suelo. Las rejillas del A/A de la habitación, estaban puestas a medias, por lo que pueden entrar bichos. Las sabanas de las camas estaban tan pasadas, que tenían agujeros. Sólo había opción a desayuno en el hotel, el resto de comidas tenían q ser en el chiringuito de la piscina, que solo tenía 1 o 2 platos diferentes al día, a parte de la misma carta.

For people that like to have a commercial center close to the hotel this is good. to go to the beach you have to drive 5 km. San Fernando is close by for sight seeing. and is a nice town.

Small beds (unless you are a petite European)

They tried to acomódate, very poorly but they did an effort. Beds are small and uncomfortable, no hot water in shower, but convenient location over the mall and looking to the Cadiz bay.

Piscina Inaccesible

La habitación era espaciosa pero había cantidad de hormigas, tuvimos que tener especial cuidado con la maleta del bebé (donde llevabamos fruta). La cortina dejaba pasar toda la claridad del balcón por lo que en cuanto amaneció nos despertamos. La piscina no tenía accesos con rampas o ascensores... lo cual quiere decir que tuvimos que cargar con el carro para bajar las escaleras... no creo que en un hotel de 4 estrellas, en teoría adecuado para familias, ¡no haya ni una sola rampa!Nos tocó la habitación pegada al ascensor de la planta y se escuchaba el motor durante toda la noche. Me ha parecido bastante caro para los múltiples inconvenientes que el hotel muestra. Por añadir algo positivo la facilidad para aparcar y para acceder al centro comercial en el cual hay de todo y no necesitas coger el coche para nada.

Bien pour une étape, à oublier pour un sejour

Chambre très bien, conforme au descriptif, bon rapport qualité prix, accueil aimable, mais vue sur mer se limitant à une vue sur les toits en 1er plan, étendue vaseuse en 2eme plan et installations portuaires de Cadix en arrière plan. L'hôtel est situé au dessus d'un centre commercial avec supermarché Carrefour, dans un noeud de voie ferrée, routes, rampes d'accès et ascenseurs. L'hôtel est parfait si on n'en sort pas, pour une étape, mais il faut oublier la promenade au bord de mer avec recherche de restaurants. On ne peut guère manger qu'à l'hôtel où dans les cafétéria du centre commercial! A oublier pour un séjour.

Creo que le hace falta un repaso a las habitaciones. Le faltaba la cortina de la entrada al bungalow y todo el que pasaba nos veía. Falta de Toalleros rotos. Falta de pilas en los mandos a distancias. Situado en un centro comercial, pero no cerca del centro. Aunque cerca de la estación del tren.

Hormigas

Habitaciones viejas, con hormigas y mal mantenidas. Por ello nos cambiaron de habitación y no actualizaron la lista de huéspedes para el desayuno, ante lo cual nos acusaron de querer engañarlos para desayunar en el buffet a cargo de otro. Lamentable.

We had a lovely view and a wonderful breakfast although the hot food was not hot which was disappointing the coffee maker wasnt working well
