Low and Non-Reliable Security System
My colleague finish the work and back to hotel last night, when he walk into the room, he found that there is a guy sleeping in his room. It's shock and can't believe why someone can enter the room with the door already locked!!! Although there is no lost fortunately, we will not book this hotel again with this low and non-reliable security system.

不推荐。
因为当天到达比较晚第二天一早要赶飞机所以定了这个motel，但是这是我此行住过的最差的一间motel，价格却是最高的。前台是一个小窗，空间非常小，也没有免费的咖啡和茶，热水一点也不热。房间非常小，打开行李箱就没有地方落脚了。可能是sf确实寸土寸金吧，但是即使是路过住一晚也不太推荐。

I think there was a problem with the pipes because the bathroom faintly smelled of sewage. The bedroom window was open when I got in so I'm guessing this was a known issue.

Nice place . The guy at the reception upgrade our reservation. Had construction in the parking lot , a little noisy because of the road near by. Otherwise, the room was clean and the bed was super comfy. Really close to the airport. Took 7 min to get there .

Overall, it’s a great place for the money I paid. The property and room were clean, the gentleman working was nice, even though he gave me an unsolicited, but informative lecture on third party services. The king bed was comfortable, the room made great use of the space (for example, the microwave and mini fridge were in the closet alcove, thus creating space for a small desk), and the bathroom was done in a modern, sleek design. I appreciated the bottom of the tub was coated in a non-slip substance. The only things that would’ve improved the stay were a coffee maker and better water pressure. Other than that, it’s a great place and I would definitely recommend and stay again!

Pros- Friendly staff, good shower pressure, comfy bed, low price, close to freeway. Cons- Construction is being done to the building, thin walls, carpet stained and visibly dirty, sink far back from counter edge, no black out curtains, plastic shutter that let a ton of light in, lights that make static noise, close to busy road so lots of traffic and sirens. Overall okay stay but would be pricey if not Halloween weekend.

Great customer service
I missed my flight and the staff quickly re-booked my room. The room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back. 6 out of 5 stars!
