"A lot of bachelor / bachelorette parties over the weekend so it was a bit messy. During the week things were good. Managment, not so good. I severly hurt my leg due to their pool grates breaking and the first aid response was great but the managment didnt check up later and offered nothing for my injuries other than paying for thr hospital bill which i had imsurance for anyway. I couldnt go in water for 4 days of my vacation due to my injury which was caused by their inadequate pool area."

"Check-in was very quick and easy. Our room was great—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The resort grounds were consistently being cared for, and staff members everywhere were friendly and welcoming. Even though the bars were busy, service was impressively quick. The buffet offered a wide variety of options and was clearly a popular choice. There was plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, and staff brought water and coffee to the table. They also did a great job accommodating larger groups. The steakhouse restaurant filled up quickly, so I recommend getting there early to put your name on the list—but it was definitely worth it. We had a very good meal there. Finding a chair at the pool could be a bit challenging. Many guests wake up early to reserve chairs by placing their towels on them, but don't leave them overnight. Just be sure not to lose your towels so you can get your key card back. From what we experienced, there wasn’t consistent poolside drink service. Occasionally, a cart would come around with cocktails (no beer), but the walk-up and swim-up bars were efficient, and the lines moved quickly. There were also fun pool activities like water basketball, volleyball, and water exercise classes. One day featured live music, and the saxophone player was absolutely amazing! Tips: Reserve your pool chairs early—bring a towel and a book to claim your spot Pack a small hydro-style tumbler to keep drinks cold and cut down on plastic cups used. "

"Very good experience overall. I would recommend this resort to friends and family. The entertainment at night was stellar, the buffet is decent, the amenities are very solid. When you are booking your restaurants, choose the Japanese and Italian, both very good, the Mexican one was not great. 4.2/5 "

"Mainly stayed in the resort and did the Boat tour and the Port was very close so made it very convenient! Recommend going to Los Arcos and Colomitos beach - but snorkeling in March was not great! Air conditioning was good and the all inclusive Bar options were great! The pool was water was lukewarm to warm so was a different experience and definitely bring a tumbler with you as the drinks stay cooler or the plastic cups were filmsy and ice melted fast! The food was fresh and local which made it an experience - just don't compare it to the more elite resorts! We had some great tacos during the Fiesta but they only had 2 main restaurants and 1 bar snack. The smaller more private area with only 3 reservation slots for 3-4 time increments was okay - we got it each day we wanted to! The main thing is there is no elevator which was a little hard at times, and there was no coffee maker or even just water heater in the room if you wanted to have a morning drink if you woke up early or needed to leave for the airport. Also either do everything through Expedia or through the hotel website - we paid way extra keeping some expenses at the hotel directly! Overall was an okay experience and staff was very very friendly! Can't wait to try out their sister property and still visit again - just learned a lot after my first stay!"
