A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of SF!

This place was a treat - steps from Dolores park and the Mission! It was perfect for what my husband and I needed - a small room with a tiny kitchenette and bathroom. Russ was available for our one or two questions and overall super friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back here again!

Bright studio in great location

This was a bright, airy studio in an amazing location. Right beside Dolores Park and a 5 min (hill free!) walk to Castro St. Russ was very nice and had good recommendations for what to do in the area. Would definitely stay again. Thanks, Russ and Peanut!

Great Location

Very nice studio in a great location. Outside hallway to the entrance of the studio was odd and would benefit from additional lights. While it was extremely safe, i was reluctant to come back alone at night and had my friend walk me in. Overall, a good, quiet place to stay for four nights and local to the park and restaurants.

This property checked all of our boxes, great location, safe neighborhood, walkable distance to many restaurants and Delores Park. The unit itself was clean and well maintained. It is described as petite, it was perfect for just the 2 of us. Our host Russ was more than accommodating to any of our requests..

Great host!

My friend and I wanted a quick get away to San Francisco, but didn’t want to stay in the heart of the city. This rental, steps away from public transportation and Dolores Park, was perfect! Russ was very accommodating with an early check in and provided us with great recommendations for the area. The unit was clean and exactly what we expected. We regularly stay in VRBO rentals when we travel and Russ has been our greatest host! We can’t wait to return to SF and stay here again!

Great Location, Helpful Host

The studio apartment was just as described. It was clean and cozy. It was the perfect size for 2 people. The location of the apartment allowed for an easy walk over to the Castro or to Dolores Park. It was easy to catch a train or bus from the Castro to other neighborhoods in San Francisco. The host, Russ, was a great communicator, friendly and provided all kinds of recommendations for walking tours, restaurants, coffee, etc. I would book this studio apartment again.

Amazing property in the heart of San Francisco.

As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed by our hosts and assured all our needs would be met. Indeed they were. The neighborhood was delightful and close to all including coffee shops (with amazing fresh baked goods), restaurants, art galleries, entertainment and everything in between. The cute studio has a view of downtown and the windows open to the beautiful neighborhood. The bed was perfect and the studio was stocked with many amenities. Thank you Russ! I hope to stay again soon!

Perfect in every way! The space is beautiful, clean and has literally everything you could think of if you happened to forget something. Location could not be better.. you can walk everywhere! While small, the place was perfect for my partner and I. Set in a quiet neighborhood, and within walking distance to public transportation. Parking can be tricky, but that's the city.

Lovely stay in a sweet neighborhood.

Here is a very comfortable studio, efficient with many nice appointments. Located on a quiet block, it is within a short walking distance of the beautiful Dolores Park, as well as many great restaurants. Public transportation also close by. Russ was welcoming and a timely communicator. I enjoyed my week long stay very much and would happily return.

Comfortable, great location

We stayed here for two nights. Very quiet street, a super comfy bed and thoughtful touches throughout the studio. Simple walk to the lovely Dolores Park and many great restaurants and cafes, as well as public transpo. Host was very considerate.
