Easily 5 out of 5 stars. With San Francisco not feeling like the safest place we never once felt unsafe at this hotel. Sure clean and the staff were eager to help in any way possible. The security guards always watched our backs and were friendly as well. Even though the rooms are small don’t let that deter your decision to book this place because the way they’re layed out you have everything you could need. If for some reason we were to go back to San Francisco we will definitely be booking this hotel again!!!

Well designed rooms, excellent for solo travelers, my room was small, ideally for 1 person, but it had everything you need in it. You can control everything in the room with the iPad, the blinds from the room, the T, V. The black out is really black out. The bed was more on the firm side but very comfortable and the pillows were big and fluffy. All the ambassadors were really helpful and friendly, also they can help you anywhere from checking you in or you can do it yourself in the computers in the lobby. The 3rd floor is where the lobby is along with the “canteen” were I got a mixology drink and a great macchiato. I loved my stay there. There’s a guard at the door 24/7. You can walk to the mall and I was able to walk all rhe way to the Ferry building, the location is great! I felt safe my whole stay there. I will definitely stay again, next time I travel by myself to SF.
