Hey there! Welcome to San Francisco!

Discover the perfect blend of comfort and convenience in our spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. This is the ultimate retreat for families, friends, or any large group looking to enjoy quality time together.

Whether you're planning a family reunion, a group vacation, or a getaway with friends, our home offers the perfect setting. Relax, unwind, and create lasting memories in a space that feels like home.

House Rules:
-No smoking
-No parties

Check-in information: 4 PM
Street parking- first come first serve.

Check-out information:
-Check-out time: 11 AM
-Leave the keys back on the table
-Leave all towels in the laundry basket
-Turn off all the utilities.

Please Note:
- Only 1 pet is allowed: $150 for the entire stay
- ⁠Car seat for baby: $25. The crib is complimentary.

Please Note: The ground floor is “street level”. When you go to the 2nd floor, you have to walk for about 10 steps.

If you need a Rental car during your stay, I have a 4-door 4-seater Prius and a 2-door Fiat available on Turo. I can help you arrange for SFO pick up, for an additional fee.

You could not ask for a better host! We felt like she went above and beyond to make sure our trip was memorable. We enjoyed being out of the city a bit and having a place to retreat after full days of sightseeing

Beautiful little house in a quiet and safe family neighborhood. Yet not far from the action, short uber ride or drive to pier 39 and fisherman’s wharf. Host very responsive and answered all questions. Keep in mind if you have car, it’s street parking. Part of just city life.

We enjoyed this wonderful house in the Sunset district of SF. Host communicated well to all inquiries. Another gentleman associated with the property lives on the 1st floor and the rental is the entire 2nd floor. He was very helpful with parking and other questions and if he had not mentioned it we would have not known he was there on the 1st floor. No issues with the setup. House was large and provided plenty of privacy for 2 separate adult couples. Unit had one researved parking space on property and the gentleman moved his car so we could park our F150 curbside right next to the house. This was a huge plus for us. Neighborhood felt very safe. There is a Safeway about 2 blocks away and my wife felt very safe walking to pick up some last minute things. One suggestion: The back stairs were a bit slippery. My wife said she almost slipped. We suggest some non-slip material for the back stairs. All and all it was a wonderful rental and we would gladly stay there again.

Residential hideaway

The property is tucked into a residential neighborhood with cute homes and a nearby church. The space was quiet and comfortable. The host had made extra effort to supply snacks and other household items to make our stay easy. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay

Just what we needed for our stay in San Francisco. The house was clean and quiet. We felt very safe there and had problems at all. As two couples staying together, we had plenty of room and loved not having to worry about sharing a bathroom. Don’t hesitate to book this one!
